Please correctly fill and submit the following form to initiate your Registration with the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (CAD) to obtain a pilot registration number. HKPA will provide your registration details to CAD and will send the CAD-issued labels to the address provided by you in the registration. Submitted registrations will be verified for reasonable entries and unverifiable registrations may be removed without notice.
