考慮並通過下列特別決議，以修訂本會章程細則。

特別決議全文

動議：

根據《公司條例》（第622章）及本公司章程，修訂本公司章程細則，方式為採納隨附之新章程細則（版本：更新至2026年10月5日）以取代現行章程細則，並授權執行委員會處理一切所需事宜及向公司註冊處提交相關文件。

每名有投票權會員可委任一名代表出席及投票。

代表必須為 Full Member、Life Member 或 Perpetual Member。

委任通知須於會議前 48小時送達本會秘書，即2026年10月23日（星期五）晚上9時前。請將委任通知電郵至：secretary@hkpa.net

Agenda:

To consider and pass the following Special Resolution to amend the Articles of Association.

Special Resolution:

That the Articles of Association of the Association be amended by adopting the revised Articles of Association (version updated 5 October 2026) in substitution for the existing Articles of Association, and that the Executive Committee be authorised to do all things necessary and to file the same with the Companies Registry.

Proxy:

A proxy must be a Full Member, Life Member or Perpetual Member.
