A pilot holding a Beginner Licence with 0 years of experience whist flying at Long Kee Wan at approximately 12-1400hrs on Tuesday 8th of November 2016.

The conditions at the time were reported to be Gusting with a E wind blowing approximately 0-10kph. The temperature was 20-24deg C with Some Cloud and Hazy Visibility.

Event Description:

GFS reported rescue. Pilot under instruction was trapped on a cliff and had suffered from a suspected broken ankle but was conscious and otherwise OK. The pilot was winched and taken to the HKCEC Heliport for ambulance transfer.
