Details:

A pilot holding a Unknown Licence with Unknown years of experience whist flying at Lantau at approximately 12-1400hrs on Saturday 23rd of August 2014.

The conditions at the time were reported to be Variable with a S wind blowing approximately 10-15kph. The temperature was 30-34deg C with Nil Cloud and Slight Haze Visibility.

There were reported to be 1 pilots at the site.

UPDATE: gave the safety@hkpa email address to the tower so that wwe can communicate faster in these events
